About Us
LA-Z Acres is fun and family-friendly campground nestled in the scenic hills of eastern Ohio near Zanesville. We are conveniently located less than one hour east of Columbus Ohio off of State Route 146, just minutes from State Route 16. We are also less than 10 miles from Interstate 70 in Zanesville, Ohio. Campers of all ages can enjoy a variety of activities daily like live concerts, fishing, cornhole, basketball, or just relaxing by the in-ground pool, enjoying our beautiful campground. We strive to be the best campground Zanesville Ohio and the surrounding area has to offer! LA-Z Acres is all about continually upgrading and improving our facilities to give you the best camping experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
If I am camping and not going to the band, do I still have to pay the band admission fee?
Yes. We cannot ensure that you will not be attending the concert and have had instances in the past. All weekend campers must pay the band admission fee to get in as required.
When I arrive, where do I check-in at?
Once you arrive, you can give us a call for directions on where to go or you can follow the road down to our campstore and we will get you checked-in!
I made a resveration and now have to cancel, can I get my deposit refunded?
Unfortunately, our policy for any cancellations is that the reservation fee is non-refundable and told to all upfront.
Is LA-Z Acres swimming pool open to the public?
No. You must be a camper staying at LA-Z Acres to have access to our pool and all of our other facilities. If you are a guest - staying with someone, you must check-in at the camp store and fill out our pool sign-in sheet and pay $5.00 (per person) before swimming.
Where can I throw my trash away when I leave?
We have 4 open top dumpsters placed around the campground property- including near the entrance for easy & quick dumping.

Are you interested in trying frisbee disc golf but don't have any frisbees? No problem at all, we got you covered! We have disc gold sets available for rent @ our LA-Z Acres camp store. This includes a driver, a mid range, and a putter🥏. Please note - it is required that you are camping or with a LA-Z Acres tenant to play. Layout of the course is available in camp store.
